NOTE: If purchasing for an 8x8 umbrella, you will receive a 10x10 rope light and will need to cut it down to size. We recommend using a razor blade or tin snips to avoid damaging the rope light when cutting it.

Q: What are the light switch settings?

A: Setting #1 (—) has the center bulb on bright and the rope lights off, while setting #2 (==) has the center bulb on dim and the rope lights on.

Q: My rope lights don’t work.

A: If all of the rope lights are not working, it’s a connection issue. If the center globe only works on one setting and not the other, the light switch needs to be replaced.

Q: What should I use to cut the rope light to size for my 8x8 umbrella?

A: We recommend using a razor blade or tin snips to avoid damaging the rope light when cutting it to size.
